Billy Beez Field Trip Notice

Hi Everyone~ For our first week of Summer Camp at Palisades Church, we had some fun field trips. However there was a small incident for our 1st-7th grade trip to Billy Bees that is worth noting, that your children may talk about with you. The fire alarm at Billy Bees went off as the kitchen burned some of the food they were cooking. There was no fire, but due to the smoke, we quickly evacuated. We did not eat the food at Billy Bees as we ate pizza at the food court of the mall. Don't worry, no one ate burnt pizza!:) While some of the children were scared at first, the staff at Billy Bees, as well as our staff quickly responded to the alarm and after 15 minutes, the fire department and security allowed us to go in. The students enjoyed the rest of the day, sweating and running around, playing with each other and the teachers. We all enjoyed this day, and we hope your children did too.
